We actively encourage our clients to use attorneys when necessary as we have seen first-hand the importance of good legal counsel.

An important part of our Financial Planning Process is making certain we educate clients on the basics of estate planning, including trusts, power of attorneys, how to name beneficiaries, and the titling of assets. We have found that when clients have a better understanding of how estate planning works, they are more likely to spend the time and money necessary to get it right.

We make ourselves available for the first meeting between you and our client to make the process efficient and painless. We work with our clients' existing attorney whenever possible, but refer to our attorney network if they do not have a current relationship.
